  • 1 quantity crushed garlic

For the meatballs

  • 1 water glass peas
  • 1 water glass mexican beans
  • 1/2 water glass chickpea
  • 1 tablespoon oat flour
  • 1 dessert spoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin

For cooking

  • 3 tablespoon liquid oil

  1. Pass the meatball ingredients through the food processor and turn it into a mixture that can be shaped by hand. Form the mixture into meatballs with a mold or your hands.
